How do I set up my first budget in MoneyWise?

Setting up your first budget is easy! Open the app, tap on the "Budgets" tab at the bottom, then tap the "+" button in the top right. Choose a category (like "Food & Dining"), set your budget amount, and optionally add a description. Your budget will automatically track your spending in that category.

Can I sync my data across multiple devices?

Yes! MoneyWise automatically syncs your data across all your devices when you sign in with your Apple ID or email account. Your budgets, transactions, and settings will be available on any device where you're signed in.

Is my financial data secure and private?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) to protect your data both in transit and at rest. We never store your actual banking credentials - we only store the financial data you manually input. Your data is never shared with third parties.

How does the AI financial assistant work?

Our AI assistant can create transactions, set up accounts and budgets, and provide real-time financial insights - all through natural conversation. Just tell it what you want to do, like "Add a $50 expense for groceries" and it handles the rest.

Which currencies does MoneyWise support?

MoneyWise supports all major world currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD, CHF, and many more. You can switch between currencies in the app settings.

What should I do if I found a bug?

If you encounter a bug, please email us at henry@fadoni.tech with a detailed description of the issue. Include information about your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce the problem. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Can I export my financial data?

Yes! You can export your transaction history, budget data, and account information. Go to Settings > Data Export in the app. This feature is useful for tax preparation or keeping personal backups of your financial records.
